David CarpenterLitigation Paralegal
David joined Brick Business Law in June of 2016. He provides litigation support and paralegal services, including the management of litigation discovery, court filings, court communications, investigations and related tasks.
Prior to joining the Firm, David had over fourteen years of litigation experience. He worked with the Florida Attorney General's Office assisting in the prosecution of child neglect, child abuse and termination of parental rights litigation. He also worked with a large well-known Florida litigation firm handling creditor foreclosure, bankruptcy and real estate related litigation.
Prior to his paralegal work, David was a coach in the Pasco County School System where he worked with special needs children, including coaching in the Pasco County Special Olympics. On occasion, David still volunteers his time as a chaperone at Florida Special Olympics state events.
David is a 1994 graduate of Pasco Comprehensive High School in Dade City, Florida. He received an A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies and a General Education A.A. from Pasco-Hernando Community College and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
