For senior level lateral attorneys, our compensation package is a 20-40-60 model. We pay 20% on collections from clients you originate and others work on, 40% on collections for your work originated by others and 60% for collections of client work you originate and perform. We also provide full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, chaplaincy, CLEs, bar dues, 401(k) with 3% firm contribution, unlimited time off, work from home flexibility and more. We recognize and bonus excellent work, compassionate acts of service and high-level performance.
We also pay competitive salaries and bonuses to staff, associate attorneys and paralegals, all of whom also get paid time off.
