Biography
Scott concentrates on commercial contracts and transactions and most recently served as General Counsel to a fast-growing Tampa Bay-area media company of over one hundred employees. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami and is certified in Six Sigma management, in addition to his legal credentials, bringing a more business-oriented perspective to every transaction as a result. Scott also speaks Spanish and Portuguese, allowing him to engage professionally with a wide range of clientele.
Scott's legal experience also extends to privacy law, media & entertainment law and he has worked with a variety of companies in the software and technology fields, recruiting and business process outsourcing fields, medical device fields, and a wide range of commercial enterprises both across the Tampa Bay area and beyond. He possesses substantial business experience in the luxury residential real estate industry. In addition, Scott has taught Fashion Law and Culinary Law & Ethics at the Art Institute of Tampa and has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Mediator.
